I hereby create this Alliance treaty between the Ogame alliance known as "9th Fleet Ogame" and also between the alliance known as "Republic of COG". This treaty is enacted on this day, Wednesday, May 20th, in the year 2009. This treaty shall become null and void if: One of the aforementioned parties attacks or otherwise shows aggression to the other or espionages each other.
