Ninth Fleet Headquarters, Deep Space 9

Hello, new(ish) STO player here looking to join the Ninth Fleet
I've made it to Vice Admiral in-game just doing the "episodes" quests solo or with a friend occasionally, but looking now to join a proper fleet in order to explore what else STO has to offer.
I should say though that as i'm in my third year of university I won't be the most active member, but I am still eager to participate.
Is there anything else I need to do to sign up?

Perhaps a chicken dance?

If you are interested in the RP section of our fleet, shoot a message to Commodore Hunt and he can set you up!
